1. The dimensions of the machine is about 10.5m*2.4m*2.15m (L*W*H). The
weight of the machine is about: 4000kg.
2. You can use this machine to mainly process: a. spunlace nonwoven fabric; b.sponbond nonwoven fabric; c. SMS/SMMS; d. latex-bonded airlaid paper; etc.
3. The size of raw material allowed: maximum width of raw material jumbo roll: 200cm; maximum diameter of raw material jumbo roll: 110cm.
4. The producing speed: 0-60m/min (depending on different sizes of the
bedsheets you want to make), size tolerance allowed after folding: ±1.0cm.

6. Main working processes of the machine: (1). Vertical fold (the width of raw
material jumbo roll can be folded into maximum 8 parts); (2). Cutting length is controlled by servo motor which maximum size is 250cm); (3). Horizontal fold (the die-cutting length which is also the unfolded length of the finished
nonwoven bedsheet can be done 3 times of folio folds and it will be folded into maximum 8 equal parts); (4). Pieces counting; (5) Outputting.
7. Cutting system is equipped with 1 set of independent servo motor to
adjust the length of the finished nonwoven bedsheets freely. You can adjust
the length freely, like 200cm, 180cm, 160cm, 100cm, and 80cm, etc.
8. The folding way of the nonwoven bedsheet can be changed freely. The
machine can finish maximum 8 vertical folds (folded into maximum 8 parts) for the width of the raw material jumbo roll; maximum 3 horizontal folios folds (maximum 8 equal parts) for the die-cutting length which is also the unfolded 2 lendth of the finished nonwoven bedsheet. Each horizontal folio fold is finished by one set of servo system.
9. The machine is equipped with imported frequency convertor to adjust the
running speed of the machine. The whole electronic parts in the machine have
very reasonable wires layout and easy operation.
10. The machine is equipped with 1 set of “Magnetic powder tension controller” to control the tension of fabrics,
11. The machine has 1 set of automatic raw material feeding device, so your
workers don’t need to lift the heavy raw material jumbo rolls onto the machine manually.

13. The whole machine is made of international standard steel and iron. Use
rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the device had good jointing and the size is precise. Bracket is fixed strongly. Strap wheel, gears and all the driving parts are centrosymmetric. The main gears are easily adjusted to promise the stable running of the device. 14. All the standard screws use good 45# and inner hexagon screws. We use
all 304# stainless steel to make the parts which can affect the the products’
sanitary and other quality (the thickness of the stainless steel is 1.0mm-4.0mm). All the electroplating parts are electroplated two times to
promise the fine surface of the machine. We promise the machine will not be
rusted in 2 years.
